Attention! this will be my last post for this blog as the grade 9 school year is coming to an end. This post is to reflect on what I have been talking about within my last five posts. The child labor in Beijing  i have been talking about can be helped in a positive way by everybody. YOU CAN HELP! you cam help with doing things as little as going to a local farmers market instead of a superstore, walk to working instead of drive. I don't care just do something! Everybody has the ability to make a positive change in their own unique way. Child labor impacts everyone, most people buy toys for their children that are made through the process of child labor, if child labor were to come to a complete stop what would everybody do? people would probably be mad and want there cheap easy products back. Small actions can bring about big change! If people were educated on child labor they could help stop it. We need to put factories in place to build these products that are in high demand, not children. I think People as individuals need to take a stand and promote the end of child labor, people may listen, they may not, but who cares, your doing something and that's all that matters. I think things have gotten worse as the years go on but we can make a big tun around and slim down the child labor.
Canada and China communicate a lot. Canada buys China's cheap products all the time. Both countries are constantly trying to keep up with the economy, their products are in high demand. Canada doesn't exactly make Beijing's child labor rate go down. Since Canada keeps buying from China that just means the shops stay open, the kids keep working, and the kids keep not getting paid are treated properly. Beijing's current population is around 20 million people. Probably about a quarter of that number would be children under the age of eighteen, now not all of these children are involved in child labor but most of them are possible victims. Beijing is a very busy place and it would be very hard to stop all of this in its tracks. There are many NGOs are involved in helping stop human rights violations like the Oprah angels network, they donated to many schools, donating money,  school supplies, and many more useful things. There is an organization called the underground railroad organization. They dedicate there time to stopping slavery all around the world helping people escape slavery and help people learn about it, so they can be aware and also help stop slavery in their own unique ways.

When you were a child, you probally had a favourite toy or item that was very important to you. What if I told you that your "favourite thing" was created by children being forced to work long hard hours in some warehouse. What if I told you that you can help stop these human rights atrocities? Well you can, and you will, the consumers are making this situation worse by continuing to purchase these things. The global community contributes to the child labour that is going on in Beijing right now. we make it worse and we dont even try to stop it. It is very challenging to stop all child labor because things are in need and people just dont care, stores and buisnesses need to make money so they buy Beijings cheap products and sell them for twice the price they bought it for. The struggle is real with stopping child labor, open your eyes and you will see how you can help.

From one side of the earth to the other, certain things happen, good or bad whether we like it or not. Slavery, child labor, murder, drugs, riots, fights all sorts of things. Being part of the global community helps you stay updated with the state of humanity and its advancements in technology, foods, transportation etc. Being able to buy different products local and from other countries is something you can do if you are a global citizen. It is very important to be a global citizen because you have much more opportunities to try new things and know or learn new things. Help is very much needed to stop child labor. Though Beijing's cheap products may be in demand, people should stop being so stubborn and go out there and see how their things are made and how they are brought to them with such a bad past. Either stop buying the products or find someone or somewhere else that sells them that maybe Aren't made by enslaving children.

China is known for their cheap, easy to find products. They have been producing these products for a long time, to produce these items more eficiently and cheaper they force children to do their hard work for long hours with very little pay. Child labor is still happening right now in china and it may be growing or decresing, you will never know the difference untill we stop it for good. NGO's, celebrities, the president, all of these people are trying their best to solve this massive issue as it is hard for them to stand by and see this carry on.

My mission for this blog is that it will  help influence people to fight against child labor. China produces many cheap items and material things that they ship off to other places around the world to sell there products to the consumers. The making of there products brings harm to all sorts of things, the environment and the children they put to work for very little pay and very terrible treatment are two things for sure. Child labor has always been a problem with society, not only in Beijing but also many other parts of the world where the human rights are just not of any interest to some people. Throughout my postings to this blog I will continue to spiel on about the child labor that has been and still is happening in Beijing china.
